Im shocked at the positive reviews after my attempt to schedule an appointment. I called and the call was picked up and I was immediately placed on hold. Sat on hold for 7 minutes and the voicemail picked up. I called back. This time the phone call was answered by Raquelle sp? I explained what happened and she shared that ppl were on lunch so only two people were present checking in/out and answering the phone(response was a little curt but I paid that no mind), and it was fine but wouldβve been nice to know before I sat on the phone for 7 minutes. I asked is that how business is conducted before I schedule an appointment and her response was βthatβs up to youβ. Oh! I immediately got her supervisor because I could tell where this was heading. I hadnβt even made an appointment and this is not a good way to obtain business.

I am new to this office and so far, very impressed. The staff, dentists and assistants are all very nice and professional. Most recently I had a crown and filling- I was treated by Dr. Greenwood and she was fantastic! She explained everything thoroughly and was super patient with me. She and the assistant, Anna, helped make the procedure so much less stressful. I plan to stay at this office as a patient.

Better named Carolina Frowns... They're blatantly unprofessional now and really need to figure out their payment transparency. This place came across as polite and charming at first, but I'm leaving this practice and going elsewhere, and so many of my family and friends are too. I'm not sure if an office manager or partner left, but there has been a shift in quality over the years. Ultimately I'm leaving because they no longer take Tricare. However, their office staff have this god awful, unprofessional tendency to yell out patient's names in the waiting room and discuss payment issues out loud. I had seen it happen to others, but then it happened to me. The last time I came in, nearly a year ago, I was told I had a balance that I absolutely, very urgently had to pay before being seen in front of the other people in the lobby. When I told them I knew for a fact I had insurance and they had better double check, they scrambled and mumbled around for 5 minutes before coming back to me in a whisper saying "sorry sir, we no longer accept Tricare, but we can still take you today if you would like." It was an easy no thanks. I received a call from collections this week being told I owe

Nancy and Lynn were both wonderful. Nancy was welcoming and helpful, and Lynn did a thorough job during my cleaning while making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist, Dr. Rong, and overall office operations was disappointing enough that I won't be returning. As someone with a history of dental anxiety, I value providers who are compassionate. Instead, after a lengthy appointment that required me to make last minute changes to my work schedule, I left feeling judged, shamed, and dismissed. The dentist spent very little time with me (after running way behind schedule) before making assumptions about my brushing and flossing habits based on the appearance of my gums. The conversation felt more like an interrogation and lecture than a discussion about my oral health. I was also frustrated by the scheduling and administrative experience. My appointment had been on the books for six months, and confirmed twice, yet I received a call at 3:30 p.m. the day before asking if I could change my 9:00 a.m. appointment time. Then, despite spending more than 90 minutes in the office for a routine cleaning, I received another call after I ha

My family of 5 and I have been under the care of the Carolina Smiles team for years and we are tremendously satisfied. The office staff, the technicians and assistants, and the doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional at all times. One of my children is on the spectrum; the CS team has been wonderful with him over the years. He is now an adult and has long been able to navigate appointments without me present. I highly recommend the CS team for an entire family experience.
